Hosted Exchange Email Settings:

How to Set up Exchange Email:
  1. In Outlook, simply create a new email account.
  2. Make sure you set up your @webenenergy.ca email address. (myname@webenergy.ca)
  3. Enter your password and click next.
  4. You will be prompted to enter your username and password again.
  5. Check the box to remember your login information.
  1. Disable or disconnect from WiFi.
  2. On the home screen of your device, tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account.
  3. Tap Exchange and enter your email address , password, and an optional description. Tap Next.
  4. Make your selections and tap Save.
  5. On the server settings page, tap the Server field and enter exchange.webenergy.ca and enter webenergy.ca in the domain field. Then click Next.
  6. Select the services that you want to synchronize from the Exchange server. Then tap Save.
For IoS 10.3.2 and later
  • Make sure you are not connected to WiFi
  • Ignore the errors and simply save your account settings
  • Wait about 20 to 30 minutes and your email will sync.
  • For best results, use the Outlook app for iPhone
  1. On your device, tap on the system Settings icon
  2. Tap Accounts & sync (Accounts on some devices).
  3. Tap Add
  4. Tap Exchange ActiveSync (Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync on some devices).
  5. Enter your email address and password, and then tap Manual setup.
  6. On the next page, enter the rest of the necessary information, and then tap Next.
    • Email address: Your webenergy.ca address (for example, yourname@webenergy.ca)
    • Domain: Leave blank. (If you require a domain, enter webenergy.ca)
    • Username: The username you were given (Some devices might combine the domain and username the settings as domain\username. On those devices, precede your username with a backslash for example, \yourname@webenergy.ca)
    • Password: The password you were given.
    • Select This server requires an encrypted SSL connection.
  7. If you are prompted to enable remote security administration, tap OK or Allow. (This setting enables you to remotely perform a factory reset (delete all data) on the device from the Outlook Web App (OWA) if the device is lost or stolen).
  8. Select the services that you want to synchronize with the Exchange server, and specify how often you want to synchronize. Then, tap Next.
  9. Enter a descriptive name for your account, and then tap Finish setup.
For best results, use the Outlook app for Android

No one will access your computer without your permission.
